Go out into the night sky.

Take a breath of cool fresh air.

Feel the stillness and the peace.

Look at the moon and the stars.

Feel the vastness.

You will notice something.

You will zoom out of your self, move away from your troubles, and experience the feeling of connecting with the hugeness of the whole.

You will feel connected with the stars, with love, and your star families.

Receive the love and the guidance you need.

Soak it up. Drink it in. Receive it fully.

You will feel better. Clearer. More centred.

This is good.

This is what this simple practice will do.

Bring you home to yourself.

Remind yourself that you are strong, resilient, capable, well resourced, well supported.

When you step out into the night air, your problems may not dissolve (some will!) but we promise you a new perspective. And that will be very helpful in guiding you forwards.
