There is no heirarchy. There is no better than.

There are unique differences that should be celebrated, enjoyed and appreciated.

Not everyone is the same.

And that is a good thing.

Comparing is pointless.

You are all different.

You are different points of your journey.

You have different desires.

Your health, money, love, joy is different from others.

You know what brings you to radiance.

We request that you look at one area in your life where you are comparing yourself to others, and falling short. Think about how you are different. Uniquely you.

Where are the ways you are telling yourself that you are not up to scratch, not good enough? It’s time to change this sweet one.

You are uniquely beautifully you.

We wish you to be YOUR best self. No-one else's .

The more you unappreciate your beautiful self, the more you feel beaten down.

We need you to feel full of your perfect glorious self.

Please take a breath.

Have the awareness of what area doesn’t feel good.

Read and feel to the end.

In a moment, close your eyes. Feel us with you.

We are starting with your feet. Transmitting energy from the bottom to the top of you.
