Hello sweet ones,

We are here today for some serious reminders, some big bear hugs and a little finger wagging too!

We notice you sweet ones, sometimes heavy of the shoulder, sometimes forgetting to look after your own personal vehicle!

Stress can be good for your body, but sweet ones as we know you know, it can also be very difficult on your physical self.

We want to ask you to remember to:

Stretch out your spine, elongate your foundations.

Breathe deeply,all the way down! So many of you are doing these small shallow pathetic breaths! Oh how we want to hold you up tall, open your hearts and make you breathe in long sumptuous breaths. For the breath is your power.

Feel the energy in your digestive system. Is it blocked, anxious, knotted?

Build up your strength with your breath. Build up your strength with your flexible spine.

Please remember that you are a being of light, and you are also a human. That means sweet ones that you must treasure your physical self in order to elevate your spiritual self.

You cannot rise into blissful sensations if your body is being rejected, no! can you?

There is something very powerful in folding your physical body in half and then releasing it and stretching it with your breaths. We know this is not always possible but we would like to inspire you to try every day to reach forwards from one end of you to the other, bending, flexing, elongating.

As you breathe deep breaths, you breathe into the space in-between.

And that space in-between takes you into new territory, the love that you show yourself can only take you higher.

Look at your physical body and be so grateful that you can feel touch. Be so grateful for your physical self in all its tremendous human glory.

Every week we bring you Waze to connect with your better life, your happier self, and more soul freedom. This week we wanted to remind you that it is all connected, and that you must not and cannot reject ignore or turn away from your beautiful physical you.

We wish you health. Elongate and breathe. Health will strengthen. Mind will strengthen. Spiritual connection will strengthen. Soul will strengthen. Body will strengthen.
