Sweet ones, there are always decisions to be made, choices, changes and new pathways beckoning. Every day there are small choices, and often times there are big decision moments that hold great significance.

Our point today is you always have free will. You always have the opportunity for change if you seek it, if your soul is asking for it.

It is always your call and you always have choice (even though your mind may try and convince you otherwise!)

We will deliver all the ingredients to make the delicious cake, but it is up to you to roll your sleeves up and bake the cake. That is your choice. Or you can choose a different flavour altogether, you can choose!

And we know some of you are asking how? Let us gift you the compass of bliss to be your guide.

Follow your joy. Do what brings you love, happy and bliss. Lead your life following the dial of joy, the lens of love, and everything will feel so good. Gently let go of the people, ways of being and doing, that do not excite that blissful experience in the wholeness of you.

Lean into you. You know what brings you more joy. You know. It is your call.

So sweet ones, what flavour cake is yours? Do you have frosting and sprinkles of joy on the top? (of course you do!!). Explore what flavour you would love… perhaps you have not really pondered on all the available options before? Take a moment to feel into all the possibilities. Get clear on what flavour would be a scrumptious delight for you (because we need to know very specifically what ingredients to deliver!)

Then be ready to put everything together. Be ready to commit and bake!!

Step into your bliss, do what brings you joy! It’s your call (and cake!)
