Sweet ones. The point of it all is fun. Fun leads to connections Soul II Soul connections, heart-to-heart connections fun leads to good health to Joy to a lightness of being. Fun leads to softness in your body, softness in your mind, softness in your heart. Please, sweet ones, please understand, it doesn’t have to be hard. There is humour in every twist and turn. There is fun around every corner. There is loves in every heart. Look to the future with hope, with a smile, with a skip and with a cartwheel. Expect the sun, expect the love, expect the laughter.
Sweet ones. We notice your state is sometimes heavy and lonely and disconnected. We noticed your state feels hard, feels heavy and difficult. It is time to put on once again those rose tinted spectacles. It is time to look through the lens of the child. Expecting to be loved, feeling curious, excited, enthralled.
It is time to expect the best. Expect to love the Sun and the laughter. Because when you expect that you will look for it and when you look for it you will see it because it is there. It is always there for you.
Start by noticing the small things. The little miracles that are everywhere. Noticing will take your energy up. And your armour down. That will bring in more of the good stuff our dear sweet ones.
The human experience can be so hard, but it can also be so delightful. And often there is very little between these lives except the place the person is viewing them from.
So, we want to go with you and dance in the rain, squelch in the mud, sing in the bath, have a snail race, laugh with friends, laugh at yourself (this is allowed!!) and generally look at life like a gift.
Because it is.
A special one.
We love you and we so long to see you little squidgy faces light up in joy.
The joy is there to be experienced.
So let down the guard and experience the lighter side of life!
